This was an acquisition we made ourselves. The finished project took 9 weeks to achieve and sold to the first viewing. We were lucky enough to secure another similar project in the same street due to this project.

We secured this property at auction without a viewing (something we would not recommend). The building had not been maintained for some years and on taking possession it became apparent that there was considerable dry rot throughout, including through the suspended floor. As the images below show, we had to remove the entire suspended floor system and replace with new.
